Same home, two shoots: when homes we photographed come back

We photograph more than 1,000 homes a year across North Florida, so sometimes the same home comes back to us. This fall, two of them did.

A San Marco bungalow, renovated

We first photographed this San Marco bungalow in August 2024, and it sold that November. A few months later its new owners called us again, this time to photograph the home after their renovation. The coral front door is now black, with a new porch light beside it, and the kitchen was redone with a black subway tile backsplash and granite counters.

An Orange Park home, ready for its next chapter

In Orange Park, a home we photographed in October 2024 also sold. This week we were back to photograph it for its next chapter, with new landscaping and a green lawn out front.

What a second shoot teaches us

• We already know the rooms. We know where the light falls at each hour and which angles tell the story of the home, so we can plan the visit before we arrive.
• Matching angles make a clean before and after. Standing where we stood the first time shows exactly what changed, from a front door to a whole kitchen.
• The season changes the photo. A lawn, the trees and the light look different from one year to the next, and the second set shows the home as it is today.

Being trusted with the same home twice is the clearest sign of trust we know. Thank you to everyone who called us back.

Questions agents ask

Can you photograph a home again after a renovation?

Yes. Megapixeler photographs homes again after renovations, and when we photographed the home before, we can match the original angles for a clean before and after.
