Before you book
When do I pay?
Only after you see and approve the photos, on every shoot. There is nothing to pay when you book.
How fast is delivery?
Next day for photos, drone and floor plans, sequenced in walkthrough order and uploaded to your MLS listing for you. Need it sooner? Ask; we always try to at no extra charge, though depending on the rush a same-day delivery fee may apply.
Who will be at my client's home?
A member of our family. Megapixeler is local, family-owned and woman-led, and only family members shoot. No subcontractors, ever.
Which areas do you cover?
St. Johns, Duval, Clay and Nassau counties: St. Johns, Fruit Cove, Nocatee, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, Jacksonville and the Beaches, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Middleburg, Green Cove Springs, Fernandina Beach and Yulee.
Is virtual staging allowed on the MLS?
Yes, when it is disclosed. Staged images are labeled as virtually staged, and you always get the original photo too.
Matterport or Zillow 3D?
Matterport for luxury listings and out-of-town buyers (dollhouse view). Zillow 3D Home when you need Zillow Showcase; it includes an interactive floor plan, lives on Zillow, and its link works everywhere.
