How a project runs
Scope and quote. Send the addresses, square footage and deadline. We confirm what to capture at each site and quote by size and number of locations.
Scheduling. We coordinate dates with each site contact and group nearby locations into the same trip.
On site. A family member from our team scans the space, captures the exterior and takes any requested photos or aerials. A typical small retail store takes about two to three hours.
Processing and checks. We review every model for gaps before delivery and rescan if anything is missing.
Delivery. The model is delivered to your Matterport account or hosted on ours, with photos and floor plans as requested.

Can you deliver to our Matterport account?
Yes. We can transfer each model to your account or host it on ours.
Which areas do you cover?
North Florida and Southeast Georgia, from Jacksonville and St. Augustine to Gainesville, Palatka and Brunswick. Farther projects are quoted with travel.
How is pricing set?
By square footage and number of locations. Send us the list and we reply with a quote.
