• Up to 6,000 sq ft: $419, 50 high-end photos
• Over 6,000 sq ft: custom quote, requested on the booking page

What is included in every photo shoot

• A floor plan, with and without dimensions, free with every photo shoot

What changes the price

Three things move the total: the size of the home, the services you add, and the distance. A larger home has more rooms to photograph and edit. Add-ons cost the same for every home size:

• Drone photos: $60 with a photo shoot
• Community amenity photos: $89 with a photo shoot
• Virtual staging: $25 per photo
• Day-to-dusk edits: $25 per photo

Video and 3D tours are priced by home size, like the photos:

• Social media highlight reel: $89 to $159, with a booked photo shoot
• Cinematic walkthrough film: $179 to $419
• Zillow 3D tour + interactive floor plan: $89 to $199
• Matterport 3D tour: $159 to $399

Farther areas carry a $50 or $100 travel fee, and the booking page shows it before you confirm.

An example

A 2,600 sq ft home in Mandarin with drone photos and a Zillow 3D tour: $199 for the photos, $60 for the drone photos and $99 for the Zillow 3D tour, for a total of $358. The floor plan is free, and there is no travel fee.

When you pay

Nothing is charged when you book. You pay only after you see and approve the photos, through the Stripe link on your invoice. That applies to every shoot, not just the first one.

When you are ready, book online. The booking page shows the exact total before you confirm.
