Our Q4 2024 results: 62 homes, 31 already sold

We’re a family-owned real estate photography business, run by a husband, wife and son with more than 10 years of audiovisual experience. Here are our results for the last quarter of 2024.

Q4 2024 by the numbers

• 62 homes photographed from October to December.
• 31 already sold, two with offers within 24 hours and most within six weeks.
• Of the other 31, three were taken off the market, one was rented, and 12 were listed in mid-November, during the slow season.
• More than two-thirds included at least one add-on: virtual staging, drone, twilight photography or a 3D virtual tour.
• Only five-star reviews, for a record of 95 five-star reviews, and no client has moved to a different photographer after working with us.

Giving back to the local real estate community

We sponsored the St. Augustine Board of Realtors New Agent Training and a Trunk & Treat in Orange Park organized by one of our clients, had a booth at the Realtor/Builder Trade Show, and sponsored the St. Johns Board of Realtors Inauguration Gala.

A strong start to 2025

2025 started stronger, with 26 homes photographed and five more booked before the end of January, most of them from returning clients and referrals. Every photoshoot booking now includes a free floor plan.

We also launched a second YouTube channel, Megapixeler Real Estate Media, with tips for agents. Our first channel, Megapixelers, teaches photography and has grown to 196K subscribers.

We are FAA Part 107 licensed, insured and bonded, and we keep all work in-house. Real estate is built on trust, and agents should never put a stranger in their client’s home.
