Before we arrive: lights on, blinds open, ceiling fans off.
Cars moved and trash cans out of sight.
Pets secured or away for the visit.
Access ready: a lockbox code, a Supra single access for the photographer, or someone home to let us in.

Gate, alarm or community codes sent to your agent ahead of time.
Pool and spa uncovered, with any on/off instructions left out.
A member of our family photographs the home. We work room by room and leave each room as we found it.
One last walk-through of each room with this list.
