First half of 2025: 310 homes and what’s new
From January to June 2025 Megapixeler photographed 310+ homes across North Florida, kept prices flat, and launched an app, walkthrough videos and more.

We’ve passed the halfway point of 2025, and I want to share a quick update and thank our clients here in Florida for their support.
January to June, in numbers
- More than 310 homes photographed across North Florida.
- A spotless record of only five-star reviews.
- Prices kept flat, despite increases everywhere else.
- More than 50% of bookings from returning clients, and another 35% from their referrals.
What’s new
- Free floor plans with every booking, all year.
- Named an MLS Preferred Vendor, so we can upload and sort photos directly into listings.
- A new service: the social media walkthrough video, a simple engagement tool for $89.
- The Megapixeler app: see your media instantly without downloads, share on social, book appointments and pay.
- A property description generator that saves agents time.
- An agreement to photograph rental properties across the Jacksonville area for Watson Property Management, and introductions to several Coldwell Banker and Watson brokerages.
- Preferred photography company for a number of smaller, high-performing brokerages.
