St. Augustine, FL115 Cordova St, St. Augustine, FL 32084

The building's yellow stucco facade and red tile roof face Cordova Street, with balconies above a covered entry and arched doorway. Inside, a courtyard entrance framed by lion statues leads to a wood-beamed dining room, a stocked bar, and a brick fireplace lounge. Beyond the dining rooms, a commercial kitchen with stainless steel prep tables and a range sits at the rear of the main floor.

Upstairs, a series of guest rooms each carry their own color palette, four-poster or sleigh beds, and en-suite bathrooms with soaking tubs or walk-in showers. Private balconies, a rooftop deck with a gazebo, and a brick courtyard with red umbrellas offer outdoor seating. Drone views show the red tile roof and courtyard from above, along with the surrounding downtown blocks and the bayfront beyond.
